Your child isn’t “too much.”
They just need the right place to use all that energy.
Give your child two beginner wrestling classes to move, learn, and laugh — before any bigger commitment.
- 🤗 A safe place for all that energy
- 💪 Confidence & self-control
- 🔥 No experience needed
“Since joining Little G's, he's more respectful, more willing to listen, and sticks with things instead of giving up. The improvement has been amazing to see.”
They still have energy. You’re running out of patience.
Climbing, crashing, interrupting, chasing — turning ordinary moments into a full-contact event. Your child doesn’t need their energy taken away. They need a safe place where it can finally work for them. Here’s what the mat turns it into.
Better body control
Balance, coordination, safe movement, and knowing where their body is in relation to others — practiced every class.
Stronger listening habits
Listening isn’t about being quiet all the time. It’s knowing when to move, when to stop, and what to do next.
A safe physical outlet
An appropriate place to push, pull, tumble, compete, and release energy — all under coaching and supervision.
Healthy confidence
Confidence grows from accomplishing something that once felt hard — not from being told they’re the best.
We don’t dim their energy. We teach them how to direct it.
Your kid learns from a real coach — not a babysitter.
Little G's is led by the same coaches who built Gym 580's wrestling program. Decades of mat experience, national-level credentials, and a reputation across Frisco for being firm, patient, and great with little kids.
Wrestling was Coach Harris's first passion, and it's shaped how he coaches: discipline, work ethic, and consistency, taught in a way that's fun for young kids. Parents across Frisco credit him with real changes in their children's confidence and behavior.

Zach brings a deep grappling background to the mat. Wrestling opened the door for him to Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and boxing, and he loves teaching young athletes from that wide experience — helping each kid realize their potential and become a better person, not just a better wrestler.

Two classes to experience the program — before any bigger commitment.
There’s no pressure for your child to already know how to wrestle. That’s exactly why they’re coming.
It’s completely normal for a young child to observe, feel nervous, or need extra encouragement on day one. By class two, the room is familiar — and you get a real picture of how your child responds once the first-day nerves settle.
Limited introductory spots — class sizes are kept small.
Real families. Real change.
From the mat to the dinner table — here's what local parents notice after their kids start at Little G's.
"My 5-year-old was nervous at first, but Coach Harris made him feel comfortable right away. He now looks forward to wrestling every week. We have already seen a big improvement in his confidence, listening, and coordination."
"Little G's has been a great introduction to wrestling for our son. The coaches are patient, encouraging, and know how to keep young children engaged. He is learning discipline and having fun at the same time."
"This program has been exactly what our 6-year-old needed. He gets to move, learn, and burn off energy in a safe and structured environment. He comes home excited to show us the new skills he learned."
The questions every parent asks first
Real answers to what's actually on your mind.
What if my child has never wrestled?
That’s expected. Little G’s is beginner-friendly, and foundational skills are introduced in simple, age-appropriate steps. No experience needed — that’s why they’re coming.
What if my child is extremely energetic?
Energetic children are welcome. The program gives them opportunities to move while also teaching when to stop, listen, reset, and follow directions.
What if my child is shy or nervous?
Some kids jump in immediately. Others need time to watch and get comfortable. Coaches encourage participation without expecting every child to respond the same way on the first day.
Is this just children fighting each other?
No. Children learn rules, safe positioning, body awareness, basic wrestling movements, and how to work appropriately with a partner.
What should my child wear?
Comfortable athletic clothing without zippers, jewelry, or hard accessories. We’ll send specific class instructions after you register.
What happens after the two classes?
You decide whether Little G’s is the right fit. When you continue, your $19 Strong Start payment is applied toward the first month.
They don’t need less energy. They need a better direction for it.
